Ram EcoDiesel 3.0L Cat & DPF Block-Off Pipe (2019.5–2023)

This 304 Stainless Steel Catalyst & DPF Block-Off Pipe is designed specifically for 2019–2023.5 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel 3.0L trucks (excluding Regular Cab models). Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, this 3" performance pipe replaces the factory downpipe, allowing removal of the catalytic converter and DPF system for off-road use. It improves exhaust flow and boosts power, ideal for enthusiasts seeking enhanced off-road performance from their EcoDiesel.

Installation Overview:

• Remove all sensors and the DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR, and DPF.

• Loosen the tailpipe-to-muffler clamp, slide the tailpipe back, and set aside.

• Release and remove the muffler, saving it for reinstall.

• Remove the SCR assembly by unbolting the 3-bolt flange.

• Loosen the V-band clamp at the turbo-to-downpipe connection and remove the downpipe, retaining the clamp.

• Install the new downpipe using the retained clamp (hand-tight initially).

• Attach the secondary pipe section to the downpipe, fitting the hanger into the factory bushing with the hanger facing forward.

• Mount the third pipe segment with the hanger oriented toward the rear of the vehicle.

• Note: For trucks with a 5'7" bed, trim 7" from the section connecting to the secondary pipe (not near the hanger).

Important: This pipe requires off-road block-off tuning for proper function and to avoid drivability issues.
